My venue has a venue coordinator, why do I need to hire a wedding coordinator?
A wedding involves many moving parts, even with a casual vision—it truly is a production. A venue coordinator manages the venue, its staff, and sometimes catering, with their primary focus on the venue’s operations. In contrast, a wedding coordinator represents you, ensuring your vision is executed by overseeing vendors, personal plans, and décor beyond the venue’s scope. Simply put, your wedding coordinator acts as the conductor of the day, ensuring your vision comes to life.
I’m planning to get married within the next 2–3 months and haven’t begun the preparations. Could you assist me?
If our calendar allows, we would be delighted to move swiftly on your behalf.
How do payments work?
We divide fees into 3 to 4 installments, with a 25% deposit due at booking. Payments can be made by credit card, Zelle, cash, or check.
I work a standard 9-to-5 job and may find it difficult to schedule meetings during the day. When would you be available to meet?
We are happy to accommodate your work schedule and will arrange meeting times that make planning as stress-free as possible for you.
What is the average budget of the clients you serve?
Most of our clients plan weddings in the $60,000–$80,000 range. However, we have also coordinated celebrations with budgets in the range of $100,000 plus. Additionally, we have coordinated more intimate events around $20,000 (such as backyard weddings without venue fees). We proudly work with couples across all types of budgets, tailoring our services to fit your vision and priorities.
